Stupid modem is broken. Hmph. So now I’m back on our loaned old laptop perched on the ironing board in the storeroom so I can plug in the old modem. This machine is sooooo sloooow. Now I know why it drove Gary mad to come home to it. Still, at least we have this option I guess.

I’ve now finished reading Getting things done by David Allen. I would provide links, but it’s too painful. I had to keep translating it into English (it seems to be written in business jargon). I now need to actually start applying his methods before I know whether it was worthwhile or not. But first, I need to get this pile of ironing done. I must admit, I’m hoping it does work for me. “Mind like water” sounds appealing…
